  • Bespoke property inventory including fixtures and fittings.

  • Annual gas safety certificate and boiler service.
  • Comprehensive  tenant credit check and referencing.
  • Government backed deposit protection and rent collection.

Classic Landlord

Packages can be altered for property landlords wishing to have portfolios managed in our serving areas of Bath, Chippenham, Swindon.  In this instance percentage management rates are negotiable also.  Just contact us for more details as we are always willing to listen to our clients.
